What we do
Invite you to test unreleased games, collect your answers, and credit the reward stated in the invite.
WHAT YOU AGREE TO WHEN YOU JOIN THE PANEL
These terms apply when you sign up to D4G and when you take part in a test session. The summary below is not a substitute for the full text, but nothing in the full text contradicts it.
- You must be 18 or older, and one person gets one place on the panel
- Every invite states the product, the access, the length and your reward before you agree to anything
- You never pay anything. We never ask for card details or a deposit
- You can skip any invite, or leave the panel, at any time and without giving a reason
- Pre-release games stay private: please do not publish what you see in them
WHO YOU ARE AGREEING WITH
D4G is a trading name of DASH GAMES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14301258, with its registered office at Preston Park House, South Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 6SB, United Kingdom (“D4G”, “we”, “us”).
By signing up to the tester panel you accept these Terms & Conditions. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not sign up.
WE FIND TESTERS. WE ARE NOT A CASINO.
D4G provides a service to other companies (our “partners”): we find players who will try their games before release and give honest feedback. We put together testing groups, send invites, collect answers and pass the findings to the partner.
What we don’t do
We are not a casino or a gambling operator and are not affiliated with one. We do not accept bets, deposits or payments of any kind, and we are not affiliated with any game studio.
THE CONDITIONS FOR A PLACE ON THE PANEL
- You are 18 or older
- You sign up once, for yourself, with an email address that is yours
- The details you give us are true, and you keep them up to date
- Taking part in testing is lawful where you live
We may ask you to confirm your age or identity before a session or before crediting a reward. A partner may also run its own checks when you register for its build.

You sign up
Name and email. Signing up does not commit you to anything.
We send an invite
When a session fits, the invite states the product, the partner, how to get access, the length, the deadline and your reward.
You decide
Accept, or simply don’t reply. Skipping an invite has no effect on future invites.
You play and answer
Play the build on your own device and answer the questions in your own words, before the deadline in the invite.
Places in a testing group are limited. We choose who to invite based on what each partner needs, so we cannot promise any particular number of invites, or any invites at all.

Form
Rewards are credited as free spins (FS) in the partner’s product, unless the invite states otherwise.
Size
The reward is individual: it depends on the game, the partner and how early you joined the panel. The exact size is always stated in the invite. Where an intake offers an increased reward to its first participants, the invite says so.
When it is earned
When you complete the session as described in the invite and submit your answers before its deadline.
Conditions
Rewards are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, unless the invite says otherwise. What happens to anything won with free spins depends on the partner’s terms for that build, and the invite explains this case by case.
When we can withhold it
If a session was not completed, or in case of duplicate accounts, automated or copied answers, false details, or any other abuse of these terms.
THE GAME BELONGS TO THE PARTNER
To play a build you may need to register with the partner or install its app. The partner’s own terms and privacy policy then apply to your use of its product, and we recommend you read them before registering.
We do not own or operate partners’ products and are not responsible for their availability, content or conduct. Builds are unreleased and may contain bugs, crashes or unfinished parts. That is the point of testing, and reporting them is exactly what we ask of you.
Never pay to test. No session will ever require you to pay, deposit money or enter card details. If anyone asks you to in D4G’s name, do not pay, and tell us.
A TEST SESSION TAKES 5 TO 15 MINUTES
Some partner games use mechanics you may know from gambling products, such as spins. Testing never requires you to spend money, and a session is designed to take 5 to 15 minutes on average.
If playing stops feeling like fun, free confidential support is available from the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 and at begambleaware.org. You can also leave the panel at any time.
WHAT YOU SEE BEFORE RELEASE STAYS PRIVATE
You get access to games before the public, and some of them never make it to release. Unless the invite says otherwise, please do not publish, stream or share screenshots, recordings or details of pre-release builds, and do not share your access with anyone else.
YOUR OWN WORDS, AND HOW THEY ARE USED
Answer honestly, in your own words, based on what you actually saw. You are not scored against other testers, and disagreeing with the majority is welcome.
By sending feedback you allow D4G and the partner to use it, free of charge and without time limit, to improve the product and the testing process. We may quote it without your name. Your name appears in the credits of a game only if you ask for that.
WHAT WILL COST YOU YOUR PLACE ON THE PANEL
- Signing up more than once, or on behalf of someone else
- Using bots, scripts or answers that are copied or generated automatically
- Exploiting a bug for your own gain instead of reporting it
- Copying, reverse-engineering or redistributing a build
- Giving false details, including about your age
YOU CAN LEAVE AT ANY TIME
Unsubscribe from any of our emails, or write to us, and you are off the panel. Rewards you have already earned are not affected.
We may remove you from the panel if you break these terms, or if we stop running a panel or a particular programme. Where possible, we will tell you by email.
WHAT WE ARE, AND ARE NOT, RESPONSIBLE FOR
We provide the panel with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for partners’ products or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability to you in connection with a session is limited to the value of the reward stated in the invite for that session.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
IF THESE TERMS CHANGE, AND WHICH LAW APPLIES
We may update these terms, for example when our service or the law changes. We will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you by email before they take effect. The terms stated in an invite you have already accepted continue to apply to that session.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
